Our machine park comprises approximately 40 spring coiling and bending machines, including six high-performance bending centers with up to 16 electronically controlled axes. This equipment is complemented by mechanically operated machines and in-house developed bending and coiling machines, enabling flexible and precise production. For the heat treatment of smaller products, we rely on our own continuous furnaces, which are integrated directly into the respective spring machines.

For the heat treatment of large series or large-format products, we also have high-performance chamber furnaces available. Three eccentric presses are used to produce metal blanks for further processing into bent parts and assemblies. Since 2025, a fully automated laser cutting system has complemented our machine park, expanding our production capabilities in the area of custom sheet metal contours and geometries. Our tool shop is equipped with milling, turning, and grinding machines, as well as three EDM machines (one die-sinking and two wire EDM machines). These are used not only for internal toolmaking, but also for the production of components for our spring machines and for the manufacture of prototypes.

Additional equipment such as spring end grinding machines for compression springs and deburring machines ensure consistent processing and high product quality – directly in our own production facility.
