Components

Our passion for the aircraft industry and our affinity for new challenges led us to expand our production of components a few years ago, moving beyond individual springs and bent parts. Thanks to our toolmaking department and the ability to manufacture products using our state-of-the-art CNC milling and turning centers, we can produce components in both small and medium batches. We process both spring-hard materials and common, commercially available materials such as aluminum, specialized materials such as titanium, and even special alloys. We can assemble components using various joining processes, including:

• Riveting
• Screwing
• Welding
• Soldering
• Gluing

We are also able to

• emboss/engrave and
• rubberize components.
